Ake Rodmek, Horizontal Bowl in Striped Art Glass

A contemporary art-glass bowl by Ake Rodmek, associated with BGC Glass Studio in Thailand. Its shallow, gently curved form combines bold bands of turquoise blue and red with deeper cobalt, navy and narrow white stripes.

The contrasting colours and rhythmic linear pattern give the bowl a strong graphic quality, while its raised ends create an elegant, sculptural silhouette.

Compact yet visually distinctive, the Horizontal Bowl works as a decorative glass object in its own right.
