Interesting Object currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Charges may vary according to the size, weight, value and nature of the object. Some unusually large, heavy, fragile or high value objects may require a different delivery arrangement. Where this applies, it will be stated on the product page or we will contact you before dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible.

Many of the objects we sell are unique, fragile or unusually shaped and may require careful individual packing. This means dispatch times can vary between objects.

The estimated delivery time shown at checkout begins once the order has been dispatched unless otherwise stated.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.

Packaging

Objects are packed according to their individual requirements, with particular care taken over fragile, vintage and unique pieces.

Please retain the packaging until you are satisfied that your order has arrived safely.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@interestingobject.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please send photographs of:

the object,
the external packaging,
the internal packaging,
any visible damage to the parcel.

Please keep all packaging until we have advised you what to do.

Delivery problems

If a parcel appears to be delayed, lost or has not arrived when expected, please contact hello@interestingobject.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivery address

Please check that the delivery address supplied at checkout is correct.

If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

Information about cancellations and returns is contained in our Return and refund policy.

For change of mind returns, customers are normally responsible for the cost of returning the item. Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, your statutory rights apply.
