Interesting Object is a curated online shop for distinctive objects for interiors.
We select contemporary, vintage, pre-owned and unique pieces for their visual strength, material quality, workmanship and presence. Stock may come from makers, studios, auctions, dealers and private sellers in Britain and elsewhere. Geography is part of an object’s record, not the organising idea of the shop.
Each listing is intended to make the object clear and easy to assess, with careful photography, dimensions, materials, condition, attribution and provenance where known, and practical delivery information.
The collection is deliberately small and changes as individual objects are found and sold. Many pieces are available only once.
The standard is simple: a good object, well made, visually compelling and credibly priced for the UK market.
